The Marketplace Hours: 11:00am-2:00pm
There is no vendor fee to participate!
In order to participate in the POA Family Weekend Marketplace, you must complete a vendor application (digital form below - hard copies available at both Welcome Centers) and submit it by October 27. You may turn your application in to Danielle either in person or bring it to Welcome Center 1 (hard copy) or by completing the form below and submitting online.
Important Vendor Information
1. Each vendor will have one approximately 10 x 10 space (in the parking lot)
2. When you arrive on the campground, please proceed in line in order to make setup progress as smoothly as possible. Please be aware that we will have little ones that run and ride bikes around the area, and we want to continue to keep that area as safe as possible.
3. Vendor Set up will be first come first serve as far as location selection is concerned.
4. All vendors will be allowed to set up using their own tents and tables starting Saturday, October 30th beginning at 10am.
5. Vendors are responsible for their own set-up such as tents, tables and chairs. Vendors are also responsible for setting up and tearing down their area by 2:30pm.
