In order to participate in the POA Family Weekend Marketplace, you must complete a vendor application (digital form below) and have your booth approved. Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, October 28.
Important Vendor Information
Each vendor will be provided one 10’ x 10’ booth space (located in the parking lot).
Upon arrival, please remain in line and follow the flow of traffic to help ensure a smooth setup. For safety, be mindful of children walking, running, or biking in the area.
Once your booth is fully set up, you may leave your vehicle parked directly behind your booth only. Please be mindful of neighboring vendors and do not take up any additional space beyond your designated booth area.
Booth location is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own setup materials (tents, tables, chairs, etc.) and must have their booth fully set up and taken down by 4:00 PM. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Jesi Magee via phone at (318) 427-6647 or via email [email protected].
